Aggiungere le uova, il latte, vegetale oil and vanilla extract to this mixture. Mix until smooth. Pour the coffee over this mixture while stirring. Once everything is mixed well together let it sit for 5 minutes to cool down slightly before adding in your cioccolato chips! Stir in chocolate chips then pour into your cake pans! I used mini loaf pans (this recipe made 8 mini loaves) because they were deep enough so that my batter wasn’t too thick when I added my chocolate chips but if you don’t have mini loaf pans you can use a 9×13 pan instead and just fill up any empty spaces with more batter or any other additions you want like nuts or dried fruit! Bake at 350 F for about 30-35 minutes depending on how deep your cakes are. The center of these should be set and no longer jiggly when done cucina! Lasciate raffreddare completamente prima di togliere dalla padella! Note *Se si utilizza di dimensioni regolari pentole pagnotta raddoppiare la ricetta così.
