Day 1

Day 2

It starts with a cup of coffee (breakfast is often overlooked in Japan). Then eat 150 grams of fish for lunch, 100 grams of beef for dinner and a glass of kefir to help with digestion.

Day 3

Coffee for breakfast. Steamed courgettes are available for lunch. Dinner is much more plentiful that day – 200 grams of beef, two hard-boiled eggs and a cabbage salad with olive oil.

Day 4

It’s coffee for breakfast again. For dinner, you can eat three boiled potatoes, one hard-boiled egg and a piece of cheese. Dinner should consist of raw vegetables and fruits.

Day 5

Here’s a novelty – for breakfast you can eat carrots, grated on a grater with the addition of lemon juice. Fish with tomato juice for lunch and fresh fruit for dinner.

Day 6

Sugar-free coffee or tea. For lunch you have stewed chicken breast, and for dinner two hard-boiled eggs and a glass of grated carrot with lemon juice.

Day 7

Breakfast is coffee again, lunch is boiled beef again, and for dinner we can treat ourselves to roasted fish.

The menu should be repeated within the next 7 days. Following the rules of the diet will allow you to lose up to 8 kg of fat in two weeks.

However, it is worth remembering that you do not bring your health and well-being to the limit of endurance. Calorie balance and micronutrient intake are very important – exercise also has a significant effect on the effects of a strict Japanese miracle diet.
